135 gm whole-wheat flour

1 tsp  baking powder

½ tsp  salt

2 tbsp  caster sugar

130 ml  low-fat milk

1 large  egg, slightly beaten

2 tbsp  melted butter, allowed to slightly cool

1 tsp  vanilla

Noor Oil for frying



Rich in flavors, this cake will be a delicious addition to your desert table and it’s healthy too!

Steps Involved:

First, sift the flower, baking powder, salt and caster sugar in a large bowl.

In another bowl, lightly whisk the egg, milk, and vanilla and add the butter.

Mix both the contents of both bowls.

Heat a non-stick pan, brush some Noor Oil and wait till pan heats

Make sure to not heat the stove too high or your pancakes will be very dry. Once bubbles appear, flip it!
