1 celery stick, (finely chopped)

2 onions, (finely chopped)

3 garlic cloves

2 tbsp ginger, grated

300 g  cauliflower florets

Salt and pepper

1 tsp  curry powder

1 liter  vegetable stock

Noor Oil



Cauliflower is full of nutrients and packed with iron. It is also very easy to digest and, when cooked properly, provides beautiful dishes every time!

Steps Involved:

Sauté in a pot, onion, celery, garlic and cauliflower with Noor Oil

Season well, add the ginger and stock and let it cook for about 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is very soft.

Add the curry powder and cook for 5 extra minutes.

Blend it all and serve hot. Enjoy!


Homemade stock is easy to make and a lot healthier! Prepare your own by simply sautéing any vegetables you may have in the fridge (carrots, pepper, onion, and celery), barely covering them with water and boiling until very soft. Strain it and freeze until needed.
