For the dough:

1 cup  self-rising flour

½ tsp  sugar

¼ tsp  salt

cup  greek yogurt

cup  Noor Oil

For the tomato sauce:

4 ripe tomatoes, chopped

1 onion, chopped

¼ cup  Noor Oil

2 cloves  of garlic, minced

For the toppings:

Shredded mozzarella cheese



Who doesn’t like pizza? These mini pizzas are perfect for dinner or to take to school.

Steps Involved:

Mix all dough ingredients. Form into a ball and set aside.

In a saucepan, heat Noor Oil on medium heat.

Gently fry onion and garlic.

Add tomatoes and continue cooking, for 20 minutes, until tomatoes soften.

Once sauce is ready, transfer it to a food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 160°C.

On a floured surface, form small balls out of the dough. Roll out each ball and with a fork make small holes in the base.

Add the tomato sauce and top with cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes.


Sprinkle some pepper and serve.
