2

60
ml Noor Oil
Preparation
Introduction:
Granola bars are packed with nutrients and a perfect snack for the lunch box. This recipe doesn’t require baking which makes it an ideal afternoon activity with the kids!
Steps Involved:
Let the kids mix in a bowl the cooked oats and rice, as well as the raisins, while you boil the honey, sugar and Noor Oil in a pot at a low heat. Let it boil until it is all properly melted and mixed. Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly before pouring it over the oats.
Let the kids mix it all well with a spatula.
Grease a large rectangular tray with Noor Oil. Pour the mixture on the tray and get the kids to help you to press it down. It is very important to press it really well to avoid the bars from breaking.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Then cut into bars and enjoy!
Suggestion:
You can keep the bars in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week!
