200 gm  cooked rice

2 tbsp  sweet corn

2 tsp chopped carrots

50 gm red and yellow cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp  white cheese cubes

1 tbsp  fresh coriander, chopped

2 red bell peppers cut into halves

1 lemon

Pinch of salt

Noor Oil



It is important to ensure our kids enjoy eating a healthy and balanced diet. The best way to achieve that is getting them involved in the cooking process!

This salad is full of colour, which makes it very appealing for the young ones of the house, as they explore different vegetables and their flavours.

Steps Involved:

The first thing to prepare is the salad dressing. This can be done in an easy and fun way by putting lemon juice, salt and Noor Oil in an empty jam, jar or a plastic container. Close the container tightly and allow the kids to shake it!

Now let them mix the rest of the ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add the dressing and let children mix it well.


Instead of using plates, use the peppers as salad bowls and enjoy the dish.
