small container fresh cream
packet strawberries, sliced
cup Noor Oil
You’ve never tasted strawberries like this before! Fluffy biscuits filled with sweet strawberries and fresh cream – perfection.
Preheat oven to 170°C.
In a mixing bowl, mix sugar and Noor Oil until well incorporated.
Add some flour and milk, alternating between the two, until both ingredients are fully mixed in.
Mix dough and roll it out onto a pre-floured surface. Cut into triangles.
Prepare baking dish by brushing it with Noor Oil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until shortcakes are golden.
While the shortcakes are baking, mix sugar and strawberries and set aside.
When the shortcakes are ready, slice them in half. Apply a generous layer of fresh cream; top it with the strawberry mixture, and finally the second half of the shortcake.
Serve it straight away or chilled
