cloves of garlic, minced
juice and zest of 2 lemons

cup sour cream

cup grated parmesan cheese

package linguini pasta, cooked and drained
½
tsp of salt

bunch parsley, chopped, for garnish

tbsp Noor Oil
Preparation
Introduction:
This pasta is not your typical pasta dish. The sauce is so delicious it will have your guests going for seconds and thirds.
Steps Involved:
Preheat oven to 160°C.
In a saucepan, heat Noor Oil Add butter and stir until butter is melted and oils are mixed.
Add garlic and gently heat but do not fry.
Add sour cream and salt and mix well.
Remove off heat.
Add half the lemon juice. Mix well.
Add the sauce to the cooked pasta and make sure pasta is well-coated.
In an oven-proof dish, pour in pasta mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
Once ready, sprinkle parmesan cheese, remaining lemon juice, lemon rind and parsley
Suggestion:
Serve hot with green salad.
