2 cups  fresh mushrooms

2 tbsp  butter

6 cloves garlic, chopped

½ tbsp  thyme

2 bay leaves

2 tsp  Worcestershire sauce

4 cups  vegetable or chicken stock

1 tbsp  flour mixed with 1 tbsp water

½ cup  fresh cream

½ cup  milk

2 tbsp  Noor Oil



This recipe is for a hearty and warming soup; so good for a winter day; you will love it's intensely earthy flavors.

Steps Involved:

Melt the butter in a pan, and add the Noor Oil.

Add garlic to the pan and sauté for a few seconds on medium heat.

Add mushrooms, thyme, bay leaf and Worcestershire sauce and stir for 5 minutes.

Add in the stock and bring it to a boil. Then lower the heat and allow soup to simmer for around 10 minutes.

Add the flour mixture now to thicken the soup.

Add in milk and cream and simmer for 2 more minutes.


Serve Mushroom soup hot with a small dab of butter and garlic bread.
