3 cups lettuce (cut into small chunks)

1 cup cherry tomato (each cut into halves)

1 onion (sliced into rings)

½ cup feta cheese (cut into small cubes)

½ cup black olives

3 tbsp olive oil

1 lemon (for juice)

1 tbsp chopped parsley leaves

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and Pepper to taste



A simple yet refreshing and wholesome salad that’s light on calories yet great in taste. 

Steps Invovled:

Combine diced lettuce, halved tomatoes, onion rings, cubed cheese and black olives in a mixing bowl.

Whisk and stir lemon juice, chopped parsley, oregano, salt and pepper with olive oil to prepare the salad dressing.  

Pour the salad dressing on the vegetables in the mixing bowl and toss well and serve.


Salads are delectable and nutritious when fresh, crunchy vegetables are used in its preparation; try to combine all the ingredients just prior to serving in order to maintain the freshness of mixed salads. Salads may be served at room temperature or slightly chilled.
