For Fried fish and wrap:

lb fish fillets sliced into 2“strips

Noor Oil, for frying
Whole wheat wraps/tortilla/rumali roti
For Mango Salsa:

fresh mango, diced
½
cup of red bell pepper, diced

jalapeno or other mild green chili, seeded and diced

small cucumber, seeded and diced

cup red onion or shallot, finely diced

clove garlic, crushed

tbsp fresh lemon juice

tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

tsp sesame oil

tsp sea salt

Preparation
Introduction:
Here you have a recipe that are healthy, easy to cook and very delicious. Try this fish wrap and salsa for a delicious culinary treat.
Steps Involved:
Combine all the fish fry ingredients together in a medium bowl (except the fish) mix thoroughly. The consistency should be paste like, not watery.
Dry the fish slices with a paper towel then add to the spice mixture and coat on the fish evenly. Cover and chill for 20-30 minutes.
Prepare the mango salsa by combining all the ingredients together, and seasoning to taste. Cover and chill until ready to use.
In a medium skillet, bring enough Noor Oil to cover the bottom of the pan, to a medium temperature. Place 3-4 slices of fish at a time into the Noor Oil and cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.
Prepare the wraps by heating the preferred choice of bread on the grill or toaster.
Take the fish slices and place them on one side of the bread.
Top with the mango salsa.
Fold one side over, and then start to roll the fish up into a wrap.
