This salad is full of colour, which makes it very appealing for the young ones of the house, as they explore different vegetables and their flavours.
The first thing to prepare is the salad dressing. This can be done in an easy and fun way by putting lemon juice, salt and Noor Oil in an empty jam, jar or a plastic container. Close the container tightly and allow the kids to shake it!
Now let them mix the rest of the ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add the dressing and let children mix it well.
Instead of using plates, use the peppers as salad bowls and enjoy the dish.
