cup red and yellow peppers finely chopped

cup carrot finely chopped

cup celery finely chopped

cup mayonnaise

tbsp honey mustard

tsp sweet relish

Preparation
Introduction:
A tuna salad with the crunchiness of fresh vegetables.
Steps Involved:
Mix all the chopped vegetables in a bowl.
Add the tuna flakes to this and mix.
Add mayonnaise, mustard and sweet relish to this and toss well.
Add salt to taste.
Suggestion:
Serve on a plate lined with lettuce leaves and garnish with quartered tomatoes.
