2 whole  chicken breasts, cut into thin fillets

2 ripe avocados

1 tomato

1 small  red onion

2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

3 limes

Salt and pepper

Noor Oil



Guacamole is a traditional Mexican dish. It is commonly known as a dip, and generally enjoyed with tortilla chips. However, it can be an ideal side dish. Very rich in potassium and folic acid, avocados are very healthy.

In this recipe guacamole is served as a side dish to chicken breast, to obtain a perfect main course!

Steps Involved:

To prepare the guacamole, start by chopping the onion and tomato finely. Also cut the avocado into cubes.

With the help of a fork, mash the vegetables, add lime juice, salt and Noor Oil You can also add some pepper if you wish.

Heat up a grill at a medium to high heat and cook the chicken with Noor Oil. Once it is properly cooked, season and add a splash of lime juice.



Guacamole is traditionally spicy. You can add paprika or hot sauce to it if desired.
