For the meatballs:
gm ground beef
tsp smoked paprika
tsp dried oregano
tsp garlic powder
tsp cumin ground
tsp pepper ground
For the sauce:
tsp soya sauce
tbsp Noor Oil
Ketchup, soy sauce, honey and garlic come together in a great union to make a perfect complement for these moist and tender little morsels of spiced, minced beef.
For the meat balls:
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Mix all the ingredients of the meatball recipe together and make into firm round meatballs.
Arrange on a baking tray and brush a little Noor Oil all around.
Bake for around 15 minutes or till it is well browned. Keep them aside.
For the dipping sauce:
Heat Noor Oil and add garlic to it. Stir for a few seconds.
Add in ketchup, honey and soya sauce and bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve the sauce in a serving bowl with meatballs all around.
Honey glazed meatballs go well when served with boiled vegetables and a bowl of rice.
