250 gm fish fillet (any white fish)

150 gm sour cream

1 onion (chopped)

10 mushrooms (chopped into quarters)

½ tsp paprika

¼ cup mozzarella cheese

1 spring onion (chopped)

1 tbsp olive oil

black pepper (freshly ground)

salt to taste



Here’s a fish dish that’s succulent, delicious and easy to prepare.

Steps Involved:

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Keep a greased baking tray ready.

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. 

Add the chopped onions and sauté till it’s transparent. 

Add the mushrooms and stir for 3 minutes.

Add the black pepper and salt. 

Place the fillet on the baking tray.

Add the onion - mushrooms mixture on top.

Mix the sour cream and grated cheese in a bowl. 

Add salt, pepper and paprika and mix well.

Pour this on top of the fillet and sprinkle the spring onions on top. 

Bake for 10 minutes or till the fish is cooked well. 

Serve hot.
