500 gm flour

1 tbsp  baking soda

1 ½ tbsp  corn flour

A pinch of salt

200 gm brown sugar

100 gm granulated sugar

1 egg

1 yolk

200 gm chocolate chips

200 gm Noor Oil



Chocolate chip cookies are an American classic!

Easy and fun to prepare with kids, the result is delicious. Enjoyed with a big glass of milk, it makes a delicious breakfast!

Steps Involved:

Start by mixing the flour, baking soda, corn starch and salt in a large bowl.

Mix the Noor Oil, brown sugar and white sugar in a different bowl, until there are no lumps. Now add the eggs and stir well. Pour this mixture into dry ingredients bowl and mix well. The result will be a very soft dough. Add the chocolate chips and refrigerate for 90 minutes.

Take it out of the fridge and make balls (about 3 tablespoon of dough per ball).

Preheat oven at 180°C and place the dough balls on a parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes. Let them cool down before enjoying!


Although the cookies will look undercooked when you take them out, do not bake them longer than 12 minutes, as they will continue baking naturally once you take them out of the oven and the result will be perfect crumbling cookies.
