500 g  ground lamb

4 cloves  garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

3 tbsp grated onion

3 tbsp  chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp  ground coriander

1 tsp ground cumin

½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp  ground allspice

¼ tsp  ground ginger

24 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Homemade lamb kebabs are healthy and delicious – and fun to eat! Served with yogurt, kids can dip and enjoy this hearty meal.

Steps Involved:

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Form the mixture into 24 balls.

Form each ball around a skewer, flattening into a sausage-like shape.

Place the kebabs onto a baking sheet, cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, or up to 12 hours.

After marinating, heat Noor Oil in a large frying pan.

Fry each kebab until done.


Serve with fresh yogurt.
