Melt butter and mix in Noor Oil and spices.
Coat chicken with mixture, ensuring all skin is covered.
In a pre-oiled baking dish, cook chicken for 45 minutes.
Cover and cook for another 10 minutes – until juices from chicken are clear.
Serve alongside pasta or rice.
