For the churros:

200 gm water

200 gm  flour

70 gm sugar

1 tsp  a pinch of salt

200 gm chocolate

400 ml milk

Noor Oil



Churros are a very traditional Spanish sweet and can be enjoyed for breakfast or in the afternoon. They can be enjoyed with coffee but the best way is dipping them in a nice cup of homemade chocolate sauce! No kid will be able to resist this treat!

Steps Involved:

Mix water, 2 tablespoonfuls sugar, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoonful of Noor Oil in a pot. Let it boil, remove from the heat and slowly incorporate it to the flour. Transfer the dough to a piping bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat up Noor Oil and fry the churros in batches, pouring small amounts from the piping bag directly into the pan.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

To prepare the chocolate, simply melt the chocolate in a pot with the milk. Enjoy!


Serves well as a perfect tea time snack.
