½ fresh apple, (sliced)

1 small banana, (sliced)

1 cup  fresh strawberries (sliced)

1 cup  fresh or frozen blueberries

1 cup  green seedless grapes

1 cup  cantaloupe (cubed)

½ cup  sweet cherries (pitted)

½ cup  fresh pineapple (diced)

¼ cup  walnuts (chopped)

¼ cup  almonds(chopped)

¼ tsp  ground cinnamon



This crunchy, fresh and sweet salad is a healthy start for any busy day!

Steps Involved:

Mix all the fruits together. Add the nuts and cinnamon and toss well. (You can add a dash of fresh cream or yoghurt/laban and honey if you like it with a twist.) Serve immediately.
