2 apples (cored and cut into ½ inch pieces)

½ cup celery (chopped)

½ cup seedless grapes (halved)

½ cup walnuts (chopped)

¼ cup raisins

4 tbsp plain yoghurt or mayonnaise

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Salt to taste

Pepper (freshly ground)

Romaine lettuce leaf



Get all the natural goodness of fresh produce with this Waldorf Salad.

Steps Involved:

In a medium sized bowl, whisk the mayonnaise (or yoghurt), lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Add the apples, celery, grapes, walnuts and raisins and mix well. 

Serve on top of the lettuce leaves.
